Oasis Foods Co. ("Oasis") is looking for original recipes that use one or more of our branded products in the following categories: Meats, Poultry & Seafood, Pasta & Rice Dishes, Desserts, Cold Salads.

1. HOW TO ENTER: All entries for our "What’s Your Favorite Recipe" contest must be received by the 3rd Friday of each month to be eligible for that month’s contest. There is no limit on the number of entries that may be submitted. Enter by visiting the Oasis Foods Co. (“Oasis”) website at www.oasisfoodsco.com (the “website’) and completing an entry form on line. The monthly recipe contest winner will be posted by the 1st week of the subsequent month.

2. PRIZE: The winning entry will receive $100.00 to be awarded in the form of a check. All prizes will be awarded.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Recipe Contest is open to residents of the United States, its commonwealths, territories, and possessions, 18 years of age and older except employees of Oasis Foods Co., their parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, persons living in the same household, and the families of each. Void where prohibited by law. Contest void in the state of Arizona.

4. GENERAL: No responsibility is assumed for problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any e-mail entry to be received by Oasis because of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, as well as lost, misdirected illegible or late entries which for any reason are not received by the judges.

From among all entries, an official Oasis representative will select recipes to be placed on the website. Recipe selected and thereby posted on the Oasis Website will be based on an official Oasis representative subjective evaluation of the recipes. This evaluation is based upon the following criteria: originality of recipe; representation of Oasis branded product or products; innovative use of ingredients; and clarity of instructions.

By submitting an entry, Entrant promises that the recipe is his/her original work and gives Oasis his/her permission to feature his/her name, hometown, and recipe on the website.

Winner consents to use his/her name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Entrant is responsible for all on-line charges incurred by Internet Service Provider. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrant acknowledges that Oasis shall retain rights to publish the Recipe online and in any print media. Moreover, Entrant acknowledges that Oasis may authorize use of Winner's name and likeness in connection with the contest and in promoting, advertising, and publicizing its website, programs and information products and services, including on its web masthead or show credits, and in merchandising. In the event any complaint or claim relating to the recipe is made by any third party at any time, whether a formal legal complaint or otherwise, Entrant promises that he/she will fully indemnify Oasis for the defense of complaint or claim and will cooperate with Oasis in the defense of the claim. Oasis reserves the right to terminate "What’s Your Favorite Recipe" contest at any time.
